On Monday September 28thA senior lecturer of the Delta State-owned polytechnic in Ogwashi-Uku in Delta state, Mr Tobi Benson, was kidnapped by a four-man armed gang at his home along Assemblies of God Church street, off Isah road, Ogwashi-Uku.

Yesterday night, VP Osinbajo, arrived Abidjan to represent President Buhari at the swearing-in ceremony of Nigeria's immediate past Agriculture Minister, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina as the 8th President of the African Development Bank, AfDB. The inauguration will take place today Tuesday September 1st in the Abidjan capital, Cote D'Ivoire.
