21-year-old student sentenced to life in prison for killing her newborn baby by throwing her in the trash

Former college student who gave birth in her sorority house last year was on Monday, June 27, sentenced to life in prison without parole for killing the newborn by throwing her in the trash. Emile Weaver, 21, of Clarington was found guilty by a jury last month of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.  Prosecutors said Weaver gave birth in a bathroom at the Delta Gamma Theta sorority at Muskingum University on April 22, 2015, then purposefully caused the death of her baby.

Abia state gov, Okezie Ikpeazu files at Court of Appeal a day after he was sacked from office

This morning, Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, filed a notice of appeal and application for stay of execution at the Court of Appeal in Abuja against the ruling of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court. Justice Abang had yesterday sacked Ikpeazu from office after his main contender during the state's PDP primary in 2014, Uche Ogah, proved to the court that Ikpeazu presented fake tax clearance during the gubernatorial primaries.

According to the person that shared these pictures, this man (pictured) was sleeping under a fuel truck parked at a Fuel Station before he was crushed to death. Apparently he had his earpiece on and when the driver eventually started the truck, he somehow wasn't aware. Unfortunately, his head got crushed in the process of the truck moving. A 24 year old Missouri man has been charged with 4 counts of homicide after killing his grand dad and mum, sister and 3 month old baby nephew by shooting them on the head and setting them on fire . Grayden Denham of Edgerton in Platte County is accused of murdering his grandparents Russell Denham, 82, and Shirley Denham, 81, his sister Heather Ager, 32, her son, Mason Schiavoni, 3 months and a dog in a terrifying homicide case in February.

Some elements of Boko Haram terrorists on 6 motorcycles yesterday, June 14, attacked Kutuva village in which they killed 4 persons and abducted 4 women from the village. Consequently, the local vigilante in Kaya mobilized immediately to the village and trailed the terrorists up to their suspected hideout located somewhere south of Sabon Garin Bale. The vigilantes did their best by engaging the terrorists, unfortunately they escaped into the bush. But the courageous vigilantes destroyed the terrorists camp and recovered all hoisted Boko Haram terrorists’ flags, 3 Fabrique Nationale (FN) rifle magazines, 2 AK-45 rifle magazines and 24 rounds of 7.62mm (NATO) ammunition.

President Obama has launched his most scathing attack on Presumptive Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump, blasting his 'Muslim ban' and saying he is going against American values with his comments and propositions. Obama said that ideas such as the Muslim ban on Immigrants were “doing the terrorists' work for them," Obama's comments on Tuesday came after a meeting with the Treasury Department with Vice President Joe Biden, Secretary of State John Kerry and other national security advisors that focused on efforts to cut off the finances of ISIS. He also said that the campaign against Islamic State is “firing on all cylinders” and that the “noose is tightening” around the group's territory in Iraq and Syria, before launching into a lengthy condemnation of Republican rhetoric about “radical Islam.”

Some students of Iwo Baptist High School caused a mild stir when they arrived the premise of their school donning church robes on Tuesday . This was a result of the directive from Osun State Christian Association of Nigeria, which stated that all Christian students in public schools in the state should wear their church garments to schools, in reaction to a court ruling allowing Muslim female students to wear veils (hijab) to schools.
